WebSite is excellent. Recently, I liked "Janmagal namavali". It
as has audio and explaination of each name. Still a suggestion :
Site lacks audio literature. There are no variety of Dhuns. There
are very few bhajans. There is no audio for CHESTA. There are no
book-readings of VACHANAMRUT, SWAMI NI VAATO, BHAKT CHINTAMANI etc....
There is tremendeous potention to put audio on the website. And
satsangis like me would use it greatly. Please do necessary.

A very informative and well-designed website. My family and I had
the privilege of visiting Akshar Dham (Gandhinagar) just the day
before the terrible earthquake i.e. on 25 Jan 2001. By Lord Swaminarayan's
Grace, our entire extended family survived the next day. I watched
with great admiration on TV the BAPS sadhus cooking and serving
food to the earthquake victims in Bhuj. The socio-spiritual transformation
being brought about by BAPS is indeed the sankalp of your Master,
Bhagavan Swaminarayanji. It's interesting to note the philosophy
behind your Master's teachings - that of Bhakti and Seva. It sounds
like Sri Madhvacharya's principle of Dvaita which makes a lot of
sense to a grihasta like me. I like the idea of the Purushottama
- the Supreme Being beyond even the nameless, formless Brahman,
to whom we can surrender and from whom we derive Grace. Long live
the Swaminarayan movement! May Lord Sri Krishna ever inspire and
bless BAPS ! |

organized, simple, use of colors are very calm and overall content
is simply wonderful. Suggestion: Pleae post more and more pictures
of different centers' people doing seva. I will be very honest that
: one of the thing really inspired me to join BAPS is that people
of BAPS are really a great role model of teaching the real meaing
of "SEVA". In other words, doctor cleaning floor, engineering cutting
vegetables, little kids picking up garbage and many other. I think
when we do "seva" we feel that we did something good and having
pictures of people doing different type of "Seva" will inspire many
"Gunbhavi" to become "Satsangi". Just like it really inspired me.

This website is excellent. It has very good information regarding
BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. I was actually visiting this site to
look for some information regarding the mandirs that has been buit.
I could not locate this information. If anyone can help me with

picture of the mandir and place that mandir was built,year the mandir
