This website is great. 'BAPS Parivar' is a welcome concept which
can be used to create awareness not only about Swaminarayan Sampraday
but also for basic knowledge such as hygiene, dangers of eating
Paan, beetle nuts, chewing tobacco, spitting anywhere after eating
gutka or padiki, health matters for women, and importance of physical
exercise as daily routine along with 'Nitya Puja'. Diabities and
heart ailments rank very high amongst Gujarati community. Why not
avoid 'Prasad' dishes which are high in cholesterol and sugar contents?
Encourage all in BAPS pariwar to ensure their young sons and daughters
are given good education, avoid eating things that are harmful to
their health, and we will be a very bright and healthy Parivar.

I just wanted to say that the addition of Thaal to the web site
was a wonderful idea! I particularlly like how you provided the
translations of the ingredients (as well as the pictures of the
items)because it makes it so much easier when one is shopping at
