De-Addiction Procession

The students of BAPS Swaminarayan Vidyapith held a colorful de-addiction rally on Sunday 24 April 2005.
The procession began from the Vidyapith compound and comprised of floats carrying the murtis of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, Gunatitanand Swami and other deities.
The girls participated in the procession by performing various traditional dances and other activities.
As the procession progressed, they chanted the de-addiction messages and encouraged many passers by to give up any addictions they may have.
