The Sanstha runs 8 modern and sophisticated hospitals in India. The hospitals are located at Botad, Mumbai, Amdavad, Dabhoi, Atladara, Chansad, Bhuj and Surat.
From the date of inauguration to December 2004 a total of outdoor patients, indoor patients have been treated and patients have been operated on at the various Pramukh Swami Health Care Centers and Hospitals.

(1) General Hospital in Botad, Gujarat, India

T.M. Vadodaria Medical Center, Botad, GujaratThe Sanstha runs a charitable general hospital, 'T.M. Vadodaria Medical Center' at Botad, Gujarat, with 100 beds. Inaugurated on 6 February 1992, it caters for patients from over 200 neighbouring villages and towns.

From the date of inauguration to December 2005, outdoor patients and indoor patients have been treated and patients have had operations.

The hospital provides all types of medical services like consultation, surgery, I.C.C.U. facilities and Lithotripsy and endoscopic surgery.

The hospital is a center for medical and surgical disciplines, including plastic surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ENT, opthalmology skin and general diseases, psychiatry and dentistry. In fact, a total of 14 specialties are catered for and manned by well-reputed specialists.

    From Jan. To Dec. 2005, 43,739 patients were Treated as Outdoor patients, 4,251 as indoor patients and 1,385 operations were performed at the hospital.

    (2) Pramukh Swami Eye Hospital, Mumbai, India

    Pramukh Swami Eye Hospital is an ultra-modern, sophisticated charitable eye hospital in the poor area of Sion in Mumbai (Maharashtra). In a mere 9 years, the hospital has been acknowledged as one of the foremost centers for eye care in the whole of India.

    From the date of inauguration to December 2005, 6,58,396 patients have been treated as outdoor and 67,360 as indoor patients and 67,360 patients have been operated.

    • A 180-seat auditorium serves as a theater for seminars and lectures based on medical developments and new research.
    • It has an Outpatient Department with 4 examination rooms, a treatment room and a spacious waiting hall.

    Pramukh Swami General Hospital, Dabhoi, is situated near a tribal area. It was inaugurated on 25 May 2000 by H.D.H. Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj in the presence of Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Keshubhai Patel, Health Minister Shri Ashokbhai Bhatt.
    This hospital has 60 beds with modern ICCU/ICU, x-ray and sonography, modern laboratory, NICU, opthalmic, dentistry, physiotherapy, pharmacy & canteen facilities.

    The hospital was inaugurated on 5/2/2001 by HDH Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
    This hospital has 50 beds with ICCU/NICU/special rooms, semi-special rooms and general wards.

    (6) Pramukh Swami Prathmik Arogya Kendra, Chansad, Gujarat, India

    Chansad (sub-district Padra, Dist. Baroda) is the birth place of HDH Pujya Pramukh Swami Maharaj.
    Pramukh Swami Prathmik Arogya Kendra was handed over by the Govt. of Gujarat to the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha. It caters to 23 villages.
    This centre serves poor villagers without any discrimination of caste creed or religion free of cost including medicines.

    From the date of inauguration to December 2005, 73,282 patients have been treated as outdoor and 1,518 as indoor patients and 3,879 patients have been operated.

    Pramukh Swami Prathmik Arogya Kendra is rendering its services in the field of preventive health services as per directives of Govt. of India's National Health Programs. This center is responsible for the total health care of 23 villages under the supervision of Health & Family welfare Department of Govt. of Gujarat.
    Pramukh Swami Prathmik Arogua Kendra is rendering its services in the field of family planning, child and maternal health, vaccinations, preventive health programs and health education for common diseases, sanitation and chlorination of water, etc.

    From Jan. To Dec. 2005, 11,260 patients were Treated as Outdoor patients, 258 as indoor patients and 711 operations were performed at the hospital.


    (7) Pramukh Swami Hospital, Bhuj, Gujarat, India

    Pramukh Swami Hospital, Bhuj, started soon after the earthquake in Gujarat on 26 January 2001.

    From the date of inauguration to December 2005, 1,10,456 patients were treated as out door patients.

    A team of 50 doctors with life saving drugs were treating unfortunate victims. Up till now 1,03,472 patients have been treated and rehabilitated by door to door treatments by 2 mobile medical vans.
