Throughout the Swaminarayan Sampraday, Sarangpur is revered as a place of pilgrimage. Sanctified by Bhagwan Swaminarayan and the Guru Parampara, each year, this small village plays host to one of India’s largest festivals – Pusphadolotsav (Fuldol). As such, this year’s Fuldol celebration will be celebrated with both color and excitement in the presence of P. P. Pramukh Swami Maharaj.

• This year, the celebration will take place on March 22, 2008 in the evening (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
• P. P. Swamishri’s puja darshan will not be for the public on March 22nd.
• Thousands of people attend the celebrations each year. With this in mind, those with fragile health, or very senior citizens, are not recommended to attend the celebration. They are requested to take Swamishri’s laabh after the festival date.

Regarding Accommodations

• As the festival is in the evening, devotees from Gujarat will be able to leave on March 22nd in the morning and arrive for the celebration. Thus, there will be no accommodations provided in either Sarangpur or Gadhada for any devotees of Gujarat.
• Devotees from abroad and outside Gujarat will be provided accommodations starting Friday, March 21, 2008.

• It is not recommended to bring any valuable possessions such as mobile phones and digital cameras.

ભગવાન સ્વામિનારાયણે જ્યાં ઐતિહાસિક રંગોત્સવ ઊજવ્યો છે એ નૈમિષારણ્ય તીર્થ સારંગપુરમાં પ્રતિવર્ષ પ્રગટ બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ પ્રમુખસ્વામીમહારાજ પુષ્પદોલોત્સવે રંગની ઝડી વરસાવે છે, અને એ દિવ્ય આનંદનો લ્હાવો લેવા હજારો હરિભક્તો ઊમટે છે. પ્રતિવર્ષની જેમ આ વર્ષે પણ સારંગપુરમાં પ.પૂ. સ્વામીશ્રીના સાંનિધ્યમાં પુષ્પદોલોત્સવ દિવ્યતાથી ઉજવાશે. આ ઉત્સવમાં પધારનારા હરિભક્તો માટે કેટલીક અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ અત્રે આપવામાં આવી છે.

• આ વર્ષે તા. ૨૨/૩/૨૦૦૮, શનિવારના રોજ ફૂલદોલનો સમૈયો સાંજે ૫:૦૦ થી ૮:૦૦ દરમ્યાન ઉજવાશે.
• તા. ૨૨/૩/૨૦૦૮ના પ.પૂ.સ્વામીશ્રીની પ્રાતઃપૂજાનાં દર્શન જાહેરમાં થશે નહિ.
• પુષ્પદોલોત્સવમાં ઘણી મોટી સંખ્યામાં હરિભક્તો આવે છે. આથી જેમને ભીડમાં તકલીફ પડે તેવા અતિવૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત હરિભક્તો સમૈયા પછી લાભ લેવા આવે એ ઇચ્છનીય છે. સમૈયાને દિવસે જ આવવાનો આગ્રહ ન રાખવો.

ઉતારા અંગે સૂચનાઓ :

• સમૈયો સાંજનો હોવાથી આ વખતે ગુજરાતના હરિભક્તો તા. ૨૨/૩/૨૦૦૮ના રોજ સવારે નીકળી સારંગપુર પહોંચી શકશે, આથી ગુજરાતના કોઈ હરિભક્તોની સમૈયાના દિવસે સારંગપુર કે ગઢડામાં ઉતારાની વ્યવસ્થા રાખવામાં આવેલ નથી.
• પરપ્રાંત અને પરદેશના હરિભક્તોને તા. ૨૧-૩-૨૦૦૮, શુક્રવારના દિવસે સારંગપુર ઉતારા વિભાગ તરફથી ઉતારો મળશે, પરંતુ તેના માટે આવનાર મહેમાનોએ પોતાની સંપૂર્ણ વિગત  જે-તે વિસ્તારના સ્થાનિક મંદિરમાં જવાબદાર સંત/કાર્યકરને વહેલી તકે કરવી. આવનાર હરિભક્તો ઉપર જણાવેલ દિવસ કરતાં વહેલા ન આવે તે ઇચ્છનીય છે.
