Show Solidarity by supporting our army - physically, emotionally, financially.

BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha’s Public Appeal for Kargil Martyrs

When our real heroes, our brave soldiers are sacrificing their lives protecting India, it is imperative that Indians all over the world stand united with them. The time has come to dissolve all differences of caste and creed, class and clan, region and religion, and show solidarity by supporting our army - physically, emotionally and financially. Many of our jawans have been wounded and some have made the supreme sacrifice so that India’s sovereignty remain intact and her honor secure.

The debt of gratitude we owe them is incalculable. But we can honor their deeds and memories by reaching out to the families that have been bereaved and supporting the soldiers that have been injured. Time and again in the past, H.D.H. Pramukh Swami Maharaj, the inspirer of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha has taken the initiative to mobilize support for natural catastrophes. Now BAPS has decided to set up a fund for the Kargil heroes.

Please write your checks addressed to BAPS (Memo: Jawan Fund). Contributions to the funds are tax exempt. The fund will be disbursed to needy families, which have lost their dear ones.
