National Satsang Coordinators Training Convention, USA

Over 490 satsang coordinators, men and women, from 93 centers convened in Washington from 20 to 22 April 2001 for a special training convention. Guided by sadhus, these center leaders were trained on various aspects of satsang activities, such as conducting discourses, organizing meetings, personal contact, development of remote centers, etc.
The 3-day convention focused how best to implement Swamishri's message, "Manage your time effectively - allocate time daily for your personal satsang and center activities."
Through speeches, presentations, workgroups and discussions useful guidance was imparted to the coordinators.
