Over 80 Kishores and Kishoris attended the GCSE and A-level Education Seminar at The Swaminarayan School, Neasden, on Saturday 26 April. The day began with Shukmuni Swami enlightening the students and motivating them on their journey to academic success in their forthcoming exams. Following this, all the students had the opportunity to attend sessions in the subjects they prefered. Here the solutions to past papers which the students had attempted were discussed, and guidance was given on gaining the highest grade by mentors who themselves had achieved outstanding success in their examinations.
The seminar finished with a brief talk from an Edexcel examiner, Frank Wingate, who spoke on the 'Top Ten Exam Tips' and a conclusion from Atmaswarup Swami who highlighted Swamibapa's eternal formula: Hard Work + Prayers = Success. Overall, the students found the Seminar very practical and useful, with many studying into the breaks and lunchtime.
