4 June 2000, Edison, NJ: The Millennium Health Fair

Continuing in its tradition of providing complimentary health care to people BAPS Medical Services Inc. along with the Jewish Renaissance Foundation hosted the Millennium Health Fair on Saturday June 4, 2000 at the BAPS Temple.Among the services at the fair were dental, diabetic, vision, podiatric and auditory examinations as well as PAP smears, breast examinations, and depression screenings.

People benfited in various services. Doctors and many nurses, and other health professionals served this noble cause. Along with blood and other diagnostic tests PAP, vision, Hearing, Dental and bone marrow registration were also done. Kids were given useful instructions on fire safety and treatment for burns by certified fire fighters. Information was given on benefits of vegetarian diet and exercise.
