In the morning Swamishri blessed all the sadhus. At 10.00 am
Swamishri inaugurated a traffic island named "Swaminarayan
Chowk" near the mandir and then visited Ambli Vali Pol.
In the evening, from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm the 50th Anniversary
celebration of Swamishri's appointment as President of BAPS
was celebrated at the Sardar Patel Stadium. (See

Swamishri inaugurated a small exhibition in the mandir complex
describing Indian culture, life and work of Lord Swaminarayan
and activities of BAPS.

- Scheduled to depart for London, Swamishri performed his
puja at 4.25 am and arrived at the International Airport
at 6.15 am. The Air India flight 747, Ajanta, took off at
7.27 am and landed at Heathrow Airport, London at 11.40
am GMT (4.10 pm IST). Due to a computer breakdown in the
control tower the plane had to wait for one hour before
it arrived at the noose.
- Swamishri arrived at the London Mandir at 2.03 pm. After
a brief welcoming ceremony, Swamishri blessed the devotees.

In the evening a welcoming assembly was held to honor Swamishri
and sadhus.

Swamishri arrived at Waterloo
Station at 9.35 am and boarded the Eurostar train to France.
Swamishri was welcomed at the Gard-Du-Word station in Paris
at 1.22 pm (GMT). The evening assembly was held in a church
hall.

Before Swamishri, a satsangi youth delivered a speech about
Bhagatji Maharaj in the Italian language. In the evening, the
Paris Kishore mandal performed a drama on Khima Dobariya's resolute
faith in Lord Swaminarayan.

During
the evening assembly in the Church hall, the church priest,
Petre Nicolik, paid his respects to Swamishri by offering namaskar.
Four-hundred and fifty people
had afttended the evening Satsang assembly.
