Over 500 devotees attended the Rath Yatra festival at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Sydney on 20 June 2004.

The program featured speeches and devotional songs by the children, teenagers and youths, conveying the central message of the Rath Yatra celebration.

At the end, the murtis of Shri Harikrishna Maharaj, as well as Shri Krishna-Subhadraji and Shri Balramji were seated in decorated chariots and led by balaks in traditional costumes, were paraded in a procession for all the devotees present to have darshan. Throughout the procession bhajans were sung by the youths, adding to the divine atmosphere.
