motivated millions. Akshardham
in Gandhinagar (1992) is annually visited by 2.3 million people. Shree
Swaminarayan Mandir in London (1995)
has become a landmark of Europe and has been declared as one of the
the 20th century. The Mandir in Nairobi (1999) is the first of its
carved out of wood.
Akshardham in New Delhi, our fourth international
will be more refined, with greater depth, detail and dimension. Combining
Indian culture and civilization,

Culture. We know the challenge ahead is enormous. Then again, so is
commitment and dedication of thousands of BAPS volunteers, visualizers,

Akshardham may become a hallmark of our culture, our civilization,
our country, which
not only India or Indians but the
whole world will look up to for inspiration. Incidentally, how often
