On 30th November 2000, the 5-day 80th Birthday celebration of Pramukh
Swami Maharaj and Murti Pratishtha Mahotsav in Anand was festively inaugurated.
The festival commemorated Swamishri's socio-spiritual services to society.
A blood donation camp and an anti-addiction camp was declared open by
dignitaries. After Swamishri's morning puja, Swamishri initiated 23
youths into the sadhu and parshad diksha. During his blessings, Swamishri
appreciated the sacrifice of parents who had gladly permitted their
sons to embrace the path of devotion and service to God and society.
